Coaches’ Code of Conduct

Trainer.sg strives to uphold a platform which is safe and trustworthy for everyone to use. By using Trainer.sg, you are hereby bound by the following Code of Conduct as a Coach on Trainer.sg, the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and our Terms of Service. If you are found to have broken the Coaches’ Code of Conduct, Trainer.sg reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform and all related Services with or without notifying you.

INTRODUCTION

1. For definitions of terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.
2. Trainer.sg may amend the Coaches’ Code of Conduct at any time. Such amendments will be effective once they are posted on https://trainer.sg or the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Coaches’ Code of Conduct regularly. Your continued use of the Service or Platform after any such amendments, whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such amendments.

STAYING WITHIN THE LAW

1. You are to ensure that you possess valid and proper documentation that legally certifies you to act as a Coach with Trainer.sg. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID CERTIFICATE IN STANDARD FIRST AID AND CPR/AED BEFORE REGISTERING AS A COACH WITH US.
2. You are not to refuse service for or make derogatory remarks against the Client regardless of and not limited to the following:
   1. race;
   2. religion;
   3. nationality;
   4. disability;
   5. age;
   6. physical looks;
3. You are not to carry out any acts of harassment and/or violence against the Client as prohibited by law, including but not limited to:
   1. threats and intimidation;
   2. verbal harassment;
   3. physical assault;
   4. murder;
   5. sexual assault and rape
4. You are to act in accordance with the PDPA and will not use the Client’s personal data for your own benefit or attempt to contact them outside of acceptable reasons including but not limited to:
   1. settlement of fees;
   2. returning of lost items;
   3. arrangement for another provision of Solution(s)
5. You are not to carry out any property-related crimes with regards to both the Client’s personal property and any public property you may use, including but not limited to:
   1. theft and robbery;
   2. vandalism
6. You are not to abuse any form of substance. You are only to recommend supplements to the Client that are not prohibited by law and certified safe for usage as per your own due diligence.
7. If you believe your Client is violating a law in any way, you have the right to immediately cancel the session without compensation and should not hesitate to inform the appropriate authorities.

RESPECTING YOUR CLIENT

8. You are to be polite and respectful to your client at all times while using the Service.
9. You are to ensure your own punctuality for your provision of Solution(s).
10. You are to remain easily contactable by your Client for provision of Solution(s).
11. You are to honour your own agreements that you have made with the Client at all times.
12. You are to keep your surroundings clean at all times and be responsible for your own items.
13. You are to review and rate your Client fairly at the end of the session.
14. You are to settle all payments amicably with the Client as necessary.
15. In case of an emergency, you are always to inform the relevant authorities first.

MISCELLANEOUS

16. You are to abide by our Terms of Service at all times and keep yourself updated with any changes to it as well as our other User Policies.
17. You must be at least eighteen (18) to use Trainer.sg as a Coach.
18. You are to maintain good behaviour on the Platform at all times. Failure to do so may harm your reputation as listed on the Platform and Trainer.sg reserves the right to take action against Coaches that fail to uphold a good personal reputation.
19. You are to only use Trainer.sg and the Service for its intended purpose, i.e. as a booking platform for provision of Solution(s) by you. You are not to use the Service for any other purpose.
20. You are not to create duplicate accounts for any reason. You are to provide fully truthful information when creating or accessing accounts and writing in for feedback or support.
21. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity under your account. You are only to access the Platform directly through our official website or application and to keep your personal login details secure. If you believe there has been suspicious activity on your account, do not hesitate to contact us.
