Client’s Code of Conduct

Trainer.sg strives to uphold a platform which is safe and trustworthy for everyone to use. By using Trainer.sg, you are hereby bound by the following Code of Conduct as a Client on Trainer.sg, the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and our Terms of Service. If you are found to have broken the Client’s Code of Conduct, Trainer.sg reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform and all related Services with or without notifying you.

INTRODUCTION

1. For definitions of terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.
2. Trainer.sg may amend the Client’s Code of Conduct at any time. Such amendments will be effective once they are posted on https://trainer.sg or the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Client’s Code of Conduct regularly. Your continued use of the Service or Platform after any such amendments, whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such amendments.

STAYING WITHIN THE LAW

3. You are not to carry out any acts of harassment and/or violence against the Coach as prohibited by law, including but not limited to:
   1. threats and intimidation;
   2. verbal harassment;
   3. physical assault;
   4. murder;
   5. sexual assault and rape
4. You are to act in accordance with the PDPA and will not use the Coaches’ personal data for your own benefit or attempt to contact them outside of acceptable reasons including but not limited to:
   1. settlement of fees;
   2. returning of lost items;
   3. arrangement for another provision of Solution(s)
5. You are not to carry out any property-related crimes with regards to both the Coaches’ personal property and any public property you may use, including but not limited to:
   1. theft and robbery;
   2. vandalism
6. You are not to abuse any form of substance whether it be by yourself or offered by the Coach. If the Coach recommends any form of supplement, you are to carry out your own due diligence in ensuring that the substance is not prohibited by law.
7. If you believe your Coach is violating a law in any way, you have the right to immediately cancel the session without extra fees and should not hesitate to inform the appropriate authorities.

RESPECTING YOUR COACH

8. You are to be polite and respectful to your coach at all times while using the Service.
9. You are to ensure your own punctuality for the provision of Solution(s) by Coaches.
10. You are to keep your surroundings clean at all times and be responsible for your own items.
11. You are to review and rate your Coach fairly at the end of the session.
12. You are to settle all payments amicably with the Coach as necessary.
13. In case of an emergency, you are always to inform the relevant authorities first.

MISCELLANEOUS

14. You are to abide by our Terms of Service at all times and keep yourself updated with any changes to it as well as our other User Policies.
15. You must be at least sixteen (16) to use Trainer.sg as a Client. If you are below the age of consent, which is eighteen (18) in Singapore, you are required to have a legal guardian register on your behalf.
16. You are to only use Trainer.sg and the Service for its intended purpose, i.e. booking provision of Solution(s) with Coaches. You are not to use the Service for any other purpose.
17. You are not to create duplicate accounts for any reason. You are to provide fully truthful information when creating or accessing accounts and writing in for feedback or support.
18. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity under your account. You are only to access the Platform directly through our official website or application and to keep your personal login details secure. If you believe there has been suspicious activity on your account, do not hesitate to contact us.
